The sensor is based on CMOS camera technolo- gyand detectionon image processing. The motion zone reacts only on movement whereas the presence zone reactsonboth movement and presence. The motion zone can be blanked in 3 directions (front,left andright) in order to avoid detec- tion ofunwanted objects. The presence zone is taught intothe sensor byrecogni- tionofsomestandardtest targetsin thesetupphase.
