Polyester 50 µm film comes with a slight gloss and a surface coating to ensure outstanding colour fixing when inscribing with thermal transfer print systems and synthetic resin-based thermal transfer ribbons. The smooth surface of the material enables full-coverage colour transfer, ensuring precise lettering. The polyester labels are suitable for adhesion to metal, gloss paints and high surface energy plastics. The permanent acrylate adhesive exhibits high initial adhesion and at least 1006 N/m FTM 1 on steel after 72 hours. The silver polyester labels are UL-certified for thermal transfer printing using our resin ribbons.
